Can you let me know which government department take care of the subway/pedestrian tunnel between Prosperous Garden (駿發花園) and The Coronation (御金．國峯)?
The subway is the fastest route from The Coronation to the Yaumatei MTR station. But now I need to cross 6 streets to do that everyday! Why? Because of the extreme smelly, dirty tunnel. And most of all, I feel unsafe as there are lots of street sleepers inside.
